Designers.University Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Designers.Universityy ("Education Institute"). Before you proceed with the enrollment process, we kindly request that you carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. By enrolling in any of our courses by paying and booking the seat or Paying the first Installment directly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
1. Admission and Enrollment Fees:
a. To reserve a seat in any of our courses, a non-refundable reservation fee of Rs 5000 must be paid at the time of enrollment. This fee secures your place in the course and demonstrates your commitment to our educational programs.
b. Once the reservation fee is paid, you automatically agree to all the terms and conditions outlined herein, without the need for a physical signature.
c. The remaining course fees must be paid in accordance with the installment plan you select during the enrollment process. These fees are also non-refundable under any circumstances.
d. Designers.University shall not be held responsible or liable for providing refunds to any enrolled students, and it is the responsibility of the student to inquire about and fully understand the non-refundable nature of the fees before enrolling.
2. Job Placement Assistance:
a. Designers.University does not guarantee employment or job placements upon completion of our courses. Our focus is on delivering high-quality education and providing job placement assistance and guidance to help you in your job search.
b. We offer job placement assistance in the form of advice, resources, and support to aid you in your independent job search efforts. We do not promise job placements but aim to assist you in securing employment opportunities that align with your skills and qualifications.
3. Code of Conduct:
a. Students are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor while interacting with faculty, staff, and fellow students.
b. Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary actions, including termination of enrollment.
4. Course Content and Materials:
a. All course content, materials, and resources provided by Designers.University are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Students are not permitted to distribute, share, or reproduce course materials without written permission.
5. Student Responsibility:
a. It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have the necessary technology, hardware, and internet access to participate in online courses effectively.
b. Student will not share any kind of our course material acess to any other person except self use, otherwise it will be breach of privacy and right of data.
6. Termination of Enrollment:
a. Designers.University reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of any student who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior deemed detrimental to the University's community and values.
7. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
a. Designers.University reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to enrolled students.By enrolling in Designers.University, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. It is essential to review these terms periodically, as they may be subject to change.
